Mr. Ditmar is an experienced litigator with a background in insurance coverage litigation, and has successfully defended insurance companies and self-insureds in declaratory judgment actions in several courts throughout the United States.  He also has experience in insurance defense litigation, primarily handling cases involving premises liability and automobile negligence.

Mr. Ditmar attended Michigan State University and received his undergraduate degree in International Relations. Mr. Ditmar received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.   While in law school, Mr. Ditmar was a member of the Moot Court Appellate Advocacy team.
